The group of Dr. Yáñez-Mó propose a new quantification system based on bioluminiscence to measure the capture of extracellular vesicles by a target cell. The method described allows to distinguish between binding and uptake and is compatible with dynamic follow-up in a high-throughput scheme of the capture process.
