Remember that at the Geivex member’s Annual General Assembly will take place at the end of the Symposium on Thursday 7th of November at 15.00.
The agenda will include:
1) Welcome by GEIVEX President Dr Hernando del Portillo
2) Approval of the minutes from the 2018 assembly
3) Scientific, educational and financial reports by GEIVEX board members
4) Updates on future activities
5) Brainstorming on Members preferences for GEIVEX mobility fellowships
6) Any other matters
